The plant is medium-sized, approximately 15–20 cm tall, with 10–25 cm leaves and 2–5 lateral, arching or subpendent flower spikes. The flowers are waxy and fragrant, usually around 4.5 cm across, with natural variation in color and pattern.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe flowers may naturally vary in shape and color from one specimen to another. Blooming is more frequent from late spring through winter.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIt requires moderate to bright, filtered light\u003c\/strong\u003e, approximately 18,000–22,000 lux, with protection from strong sunlight and, ideally, around 12 hours of light per day.
