The orchid came nearly without flowers, they where in the ground of the steam. But the roots and the leafs are very healthy.
Thank you very much for your review! We are sorry to hear that the plant lost some flowers during transport. Unfortunately, this is something that can occasionally happen after an international shipment, especially during periods of extreme temperatures.
However, we are very happy to hear that the plant arrived with healthy leaves and a strong root system. That is by far the most important part, and we’re confident it will settle in well and reward you with a new flowering. We hope you’ll enjoy your new orchid for many years to come!
